This month has seen another catering trailer through the workshop doors, this time known as a catering pod! This smaller catering trailer has arrived all the way from China, therefore we have had to get it fully functioning and road safe. In order to make it safe and road worthy for use on the UK roads it has required replacement axles, along with replacement hitch and A frame. We can’t wait to see this fancy little number out and about serving food across the North West very soon, keep a look out for it!
