Adam is a trailer specialist with a strong practical background in vehicles, machinery and equestrian use. Before moving into trailer sales, he spent years working in a family-run garage environment, gaining hands-on experience in vehicle sales, servicing and repairs. As a qualified mechanic, he understands trailers from a technical perspective and as working equipment that must be safe, suitable and reliable.
He now leads Cheshire Trailers’ sales operation and is responsible for new and used trailers, customer advice and aftersales support. Under his guidance, the business has grown from a standing start into one of the region’s leading trailer centres, selling around 120 used trailers each year alongside a substantial volume of new Nugent, EQ and horse trailers. It is also Nugent’s biggest dealer in the North West by stock and the EQ dealer for the region, with one of the widest selections of new and used trailers available locally.
Adam’s expertise is built on product knowledge, mechanical understanding and everyday customer contact. He is trained by the manufacturers Cheshire Trailers represents, including Nugent, EQ and Equi-Trek, giving him detailed insight into trailer construction, features, benefits and suitability. He can advise on everything from payload and towing considerations to trailer safety checks, horse trailer flooring, servicing requirements and practical day-to-day use.
Adam also continues his commitment to customers after the sale. He understands that people rely on their trailers for work, horses, livestock or travel, so problems need to be dealt with quickly and properly. With a five-star NTTA accredited workshop, a growing service team and strong manufacturer relationships, he makes sure customers are supported long after they leave the yard.
